Mesa 21

We loved all the food here. The apps ,entrees drinks and dessert was great. The portuguese soup, calamari Providence style , shrimp Mozambique, New Bedford scallops , Chicken Mozambique and the pizza s were awesome. See you again soon.

There are three reasons why I love dining at Mesa 21. Excellent service and food, plus great prices. The staff is very well organized and hustles to provide the best service. The food is great. Taco Tuesday is a must try. 2.00 tacos with either dirty or truffle fries will hit the spot. The tacos are either: fish, chicken, pork or beef. My fav is the chicken. We went back and tried the Italian pizza. We also ordered the calamari and could not eat it all. The large pizza is like an extra large at most places. The Dragon Steak Nachos are insanely tasty and filling. The King Prime Rib special on Thursday is superb. Mine was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife gave the scallops a thumbs up. Back again and tried the Cod Cakes, which were excellent and I don’t like seafood. Our friend had the salmon and he said, “Good salmon, good potatoes, good food.” My wife says every time we come here it runs like a well oiled machine. Everything we have tried has been great. Back again for Taco Tuesday. Back once more with different friends from Kansas for Taco Tuesday. What a fantastic lunch we had. Great meal again with great service. Tried the Mesa 21 steak with round potatoes and enjoyed every bite. Back again for the King Prime Rib special. Started with Mesa 21 Rolls as an appetizer. Went with one shrimp and one chorizo. Both were great as was the sauce. The sauce is so good that I put some on my mashed potatoes. My wife went with the Atlantic Oven Roasted Cod Loin and her comment was “I have found a new favorite.” Once again Mesa 21 did a great job. Always a great place to enjoy a fine meal. Deanna always does a great job providing allstar service. You cannot go wrong here with the excellent service and food.

Excellent food. Great atmosphere. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly and courteous. Prices were very reasonable and portions are generous.

Wow! Just looking for a place convenient to the depot and ended up here. What a great find! The grilled octopus is the best I've had outside of Lisbon. The appetizers, cocktails and even the caesar salad were outstanding. Worth a special trip.

I recently hosted a surprise 30th birthday party for my husband at Mesa 21, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First, the atmosphere at Mesa 21 is unmatched. The ambiance is warm, vibrant, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the space was. The food was also outstanding. Despite the challenge to choose which tasty dishes to have at the event, I went with the chicken mozambique as well as the fish and chips and our guests couldn’t get enough. Many commented that it was so tasty. What truly made this experience exceptional was Jen, the wonderful lady who oversees all the parties. From the moment I reached out to plan the event, Jen went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were beyond impressive. She truly made the planning process stress-free and fun, and I can’t thank her enough for making my husband’s milestone birthday so memorable. If you’re looking for a place to host a special event or simply enjoy an incredible dining experience, I cannot recommend Mesa 21 enough. It exceeded all my expectations and created memories we’ll cherish forever.

This place is great for date night. The drink and food selection were great. The bread they give you is unbelievable. I definitely recommend the shrimp Mozambique! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back again soon!

Had the Cajun chicken and Shrimp pasta with sausage. Has been one of my favorite dishes in the area when its done right. Todays version was good. Have had the fish sandwich, steak sandwich and their pizza on past visits as well. Usually can't go wrong here. Wife had the Mesa steak, it was cooked well, but lacked the steak sauce that is typically served.

Great Portuguese comfort food. The pizza is wonderful too!!! Most of the time the food is impeccable... As a matter of fact, I only had something overcooked once. Delicious!!!!!! PS! Do not park in the lot across the street!!!! Even if that business is closed! I always parked there until my last visit when I had to run out to find my vehicle on a tow truck! The driver charged me 75 to take it off the truck. He cut his finger and asked if I had a bandaid...I said sure... I'll sell you one for 75. Lesson learned
